How to add new customer in MSP console

1) Login to your MSP account. Under ‘Companies’, choose ‘Add’.

2) Insert mandatory field especially
– Company Name
– Choose ‘Customer’ under Type
– Choose ‘Allow’ to manage your customer

– Under License type, choose ONLY ‘Monthly Subscription‘ (even though you are going to bill your customer yearly/ quarterly basis).

– Insert quantity of users based on their purchase. At any time customer decide to purchase more, simply change the seats quantity here.

– Add new Account (if you assure the customer do not have any existing Bitdefender Gravityzone account). Should they already own/ use Bitdefender Gravityzone account, update your partner ID and they will fall under your Management automatically.

– Once done, click Save to complete the procedure.
